During the visit, the Alitheia Capital team comprising its leadership team and the CEOs of investee companies, toured the Ibadan facility, gaining firsthand insights into MAX’s innovative approach to telematics, fleet control, and electric mobility solutions. The facility is the epicenter of MAX’s operations, where cutting-edge electric three-wheelers are assembled to address the continent’s unique transportation challenges.

MAX’s Ibadan facility plays a pivotal role in the company’s value chain, incorporating advanced telematics and vehicle tracking systems for real-time fleet management, ensuring both operational efficiency and safety. Additionally, the site is home to MAX’s 24-hour Champion Support Center, providing round-the-clock assistance to riders and partners. The Champion Activation, another cornerstone of MAX’s strategy, was also showcased during the visit, demonstrating how MAX is empowering local commercial drivers (called Champions) to access vehicle assets, as well as to take the lead in transforming urban mobility.
